We're always striving to elevate the KDJ experience which is why we wanted you to be the first to see our brand new logo! We've been working hard with many revisions and fine-tuning to make sure it reflects the KDJ family in all the right ways: refined, polished, and exquisitely minimal.

So, We Got A Lil' Makeover 💁—Here’s Why

KDJ has evolved over the years from initially more of a bohemian feel to what we’re known for today which is dainty, delicate layering jewelry. We’ve made the logo’s script font more delicate and dainty to evoke a more classic and feminine feeling—it’s still artistic but more polished.

But the part that strikes deepest in our hearts is that it communicates something that is one of the core values of our mission: handmade in California. So every time you hit “add to cart,” you’re not just shopping, you’ll be reminded that you’re also voting for a conscious brand that cares more about just the bottom line—you’re supporting community and providing jobs locally. We call that a Win-Win. 

New Logo, Same Dainty, Delicate KDJ Jewels 💍

Our name, color scheme, and general brand vibe are staying the same and we don’t plan on making any changes to the fact that you’re shopping from a refined, classic jewelry line that is affordable without compromising on the integrity or quality of the piece. New logo, yes. But the same commitment to quality.

And since we don’t want to waste any past marketing materials that we have left in stock, we will continue to use postcards, jewelry care cards, etc that have the old logo on them. It will be a gradual shift to all new materials that are branded with our new logo. 

Coming In 2020!—Brand New KDJ Jewelry Boxes + Bags! 🎉🎉🎉

Finally, the second part of our new logo project is a whole new suite of jewelry boxes and canvas bags. This will be something we roll out in 2020 but we have the samples in-house and believe me when I say that they will be well worth the wait!
