Grandma's Pumpkin Cookie Recipe
Katie Dean, September 23 2020
And just like that, it’s fall.
Unbe-leaf-able how time has flown by lately.
Forewarning: this season brings out the corny puns. I can’t help it! But in all seriousness, there are so many magical things about this time of year.
Here’s a short list of some of my favorite autumn things:
- Making my Grandma’s Pumpkin Cookie Recipe (listed below for you to try!)
- Taking a drive to see all the decorated front porches
- Cozy sweaters with golden layers
- Drinking hot cocoa with marshmallows, of course
- Afternoon walks in the cool brisk air
- Lighting all the candles
- Eating at least a dozen cinnamon sugar donuts
- And... adventures to the cider mill!
If you’re not quite ready to embrace the new season, try making my Gram’s famous pumpkin cookies. I’m 99% sure you’ll fall in love with autumn and never look back.

P.s. My husband and I got an early start on our autumn bucket list -- pictures below from our trip to the cider mill this past weekend, wearing the All Seeing Eye Necklace with my fall outfit!
