We offer free US shipping for orders over $75 (woohoo!) and orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature required upon delivery. Make sure your shipping location is secure. 😀

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. That’s why we offer FREE Exchanges or Store Credit within 14 days of your order ship date. If you’d rather move forward with a return, no biggie! You have 14 days from your ship date to return your order for a refund using our online returns portal. Returns will be charged a $7.50 re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund total. Really good quality, I have had this bracelet for a year, I wear it every day. I just bought the same one for two of my friends. It’s so pretty, just perfect. My favorite bracelet yet. I even put in a note asking if they can make mine smaller and they did! It was perfect. Great service.
