Sometimes your jewels need to take a rest. We advise giving them extra TLC by taking off your jewelry to shower, workout and sleep in and giving them a nice clean every once in a while. To read more tips on how to care for your jewels visit our Jewelry Care Page.
We offer free US shipping for all orders (no minimum - woohoo!) and orders are typically mailed out within 1-3 business days through USPS. All orders are sent with tracking, no signature required upon delivery. Make sure your shipping location is secure. 😀
We want you to love what you ordered but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to start an exchange or return.
- Exchanges:Â Free within the 14-day window.
- Store Credit Returns:Â Free within the 14-day window.
- Refunds: Accepted within 14 days. A $5.00 flat-rate return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee apply.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
